This document is an official 【Progress】 development progress announcement
within the FireMatch development archive.

This announcement records a completed progress milestone:

After EA0.1 was established as a development planning phase,
FireMatch internally completed a clear subdivision of the EA0.1 phase into internal sub-phases,
and adopted this structure as a shared reference framework for current and future development work.


I. Explanation of the EA0.1 Sub-Phase Structure

It must first be clarified that:

EA0.1 is not a single, instantaneous development milestone,
but a planning phase composed of multiple internal sub-phases.

Under the current plan, the EA0.1 phase is divided into the following sub-phases:

  • EA0.00 — Initial structure and rule construction phase
  • EA0.05 — Transitional phase where core systems begin to take shape
  • EA0.06 — Intermediate validation phase (implementation not yet fully confirmed)
  • EA0.1 — Phase integration and overall evaluation checkpoint

These sub-phases are used to describe:

  • The sequence of development work
  • Shifts in focus across different stages
  • The maturation process of system structures

They do not automatically correspond to any external release form or public version number.


At the time this announcement was established:

Development work on FireMatch Empire
was focused on the EA0.1 → EA0.00 sub-phase.

The core characteristics of the EA0.00 sub-phase include:

  • Foundational world and system structures under construction
  • Core rules and object relationships in definition and engineering stages
  • Logical closure between multiple systems still in formation
  • Most content not yet in a playable or experiential state

This sub-phase prioritizes:

Whether the structure holds,
not whether the experience is complete.


III. Usage Boundaries of the Sub-Phase Structure

It must be explicitly stated that:

  • Completion of any EA0.1 sub-phase
    ≠ an external release commitment
  • EA0.1 sub-phase numbering
    ≠ player-visible version numbers

These sub-phases exist solely for:

  • Internal development pacing management
  • Technical and systemic maturity evaluation
  • Decision-making discussions and stage reviews

Whether any sub-phase will be converted into a publicly playable form
will be determined by later progress and overall judgment.

implicitly rely on the structure established by this announcement.
